1. PLAY FAIR.
[33rd] Clan members do not cheat. We do not attempt to circumvent rules or use bugs that are construed as cheats
in the communities where we represent the [33rd] as a clan member. WE PLAY FAIR.

2. RESPECT YOUR TEAMMATES & OTHERS!
Do not intentionally create or pursue actions that can be perceived to be derogatory ordemeaning to a player or
group of players. This includes calling them cheaters(in any form), harassment, racial terms, bigotry, this
includes calling ANYONE a HACK in fun or otherwise, etc....the word HACK is not in the [33rd] vocabulary.
If you have an issue with any player, players, or clans then use your chain of command and give them the
opportunity to mediate the issue.Don't ARGUE with teammates in chat, it makes us look BAD! I've witnessed alot
of this lately and it needs to stop! Calling a teammate a cheater, moron, cunt, n00b, fag or any other derogatory
remark while on our server or public server is absolutely ridiculous and will not be tolerated anymore. We are on
the same team people, so act like it! If a teammate breaks this rule, get a Screen Shot (F12) and pm it to and |HQ|
member. You and at least 2 other witnesses can also contact a |HQ| member on MSN and describe the events.
If other people piss you off, hold your tongue! Just kill them, that'll teach 'em! he best response in any situation is
"I ignore ignorance". Don't say anything else, just play. They may cuss or act like idiots for the next hour, but that
doesn't mean you have to. Laugh them off, and play the game, or leave. Just don't keep blowing up or spamming
stuff, that makes you look just as stupid. And when one person in [33rd] looks stupid, you make us all look stupid.
You will be punished for it, even if you did not start it! Learn to deal with it.

3. PLAY FOR ONE CLAN.
If you play for the [33rd], you only play for the [33rd].The exception is if the [33rd] does not support/participate in
the game you wish to play.If this is the case then please ask HQ if you can lead or help create this new gaming
community for [33rd] expansion.If [33rd] |HQ| decides against expansion then playing the specific game
under/for a 2nd clan is acceptable.

4. WEAR THE [33rd] CLAN TAGS WITH PRIDE.
This means we wear them on all servers/game environments [33rd] and non-[33rd].
Example of proper Tags:
[33rd]Pvt.Joe|PD|
[33rd]Maj.Woody|AD|CO|
[33rd]Rec.Dusty|PD|

5. ONE NAME, DO NOT SMURF!!!!!
Establish and maintain your identity. If a [33rd] members wish to change their name. The name change must be
authorized by the Battle Group |G.O.A| and |HQ| unit before it can take effect. Continuous name changing will
not be allowed or authorized.|SP| and |HQ| administrators are the exception; they may smurf strictly for the
purpose of administration.

6. INITIATE OR PERPETUATE ARGUMENTS/FIGHTS.
This does not happen on game servers, TS servers, or forum boards, etc... We maintain world class
professionalism in everything we do and everywhere we do it. Once again if there are problems contact a |SP|
or |HQ| member so they can have the opportunity to mediate and fix the issue.

7. ACCUSATIONS OF CHEATING.
We do not accuse other players of being hackers, cheaters, or any other accusations of non-fair play. We
inform administrators (HQ or SP officers) of the problem and let them handle it. Use community administrators
and/or your chain of command.

8. CLAN SECURITY.
CLAN SECURITY (a)
All topics and information posted in the CLAN MEMBER (pass worded) areas are to be treated as private
information, do not share this stuff with non-clan members. This is a security issue. As they say: Loose
Lips Sink Ships....
CLAN SECURITY (b)
Members are never to give forum passwords out to non-members (including recruits). TS passwords may
only be given to members in MSN or PM on the forums only. Vocal communication or TeamSpeak chat of any
passwords is not allowed, you can never be too sure who is listening or watching.

9. IMAGES AND CONDUCT PG-13.
[33rd]signatures must maintain the same level of professionalism as all other aspects of a [33rd]. Please
help keep our community content at a PG-13 level. Thank you!

10. ATTITUDE. (in game and out)
[33rd]Clan members are to maintain a positive atmosphere in all communities. Do not destract from others
gaming experience by using derogatory remarks etc.. Use intelligent constructive communication if the
situation calls for it.. or better yet get a |SP| or |HQ| member to mediate and help you.

11. STOCK MOHAA.
The [33rd] encourages its members to play stock MoH:AA. Members can use mods such as custom
skins/scopes, etc.. but this is a use at their own risk. If a member uses a mod that is not in the spirit of fun and
fair play then said player may be subject to HQ's disciplinary actions.

12. LISTEN TO YOUR HIGHER RANKING CO'S!!!
Listen to your CO's. Failure to do so will mean in you missing clan matches.

13. [33rd] LEAVE AND RETURN POLICY.
This rule is effective 2/19/2007
|Ret.| Retired members
Clan members who are granted |Ret.| Tags will be allowed to return to the clan with the rank they retired at.
|Ret.| members who return to the clan will be considered |Members| upon return and will need to re-apply for |Ret.|
Status if they decide to leave again.
No HQ or SP duties will be assigned to any returnees for 5 months.|Ret.| members will lose their |Ret.| status if any
of the following occur.
1.) Join another clan.
2.) Break the [33rd] code of ethics/rule that apply. (i.e. cheating, treating people with disrespect, etc..)
3.) Actions against or detrimental to the [33rd] gaming community or its members.
4.) [33rd] |HQ| can revoke |Ret.| at anytime if deemed appropriate.|Ret.| members who have their |Ret.| status revoked
will be considered as |members| in the event they request to return to the [33rd].

Members
Members who voluntarily leave the [33rd] will receive a 1 month grace period in which they can return to the clan with out loss of rank.  For every month that Members are away from the [33rd] they will lose one rank. (Example: A CSgt. leaves the clan,  3 months pass. He/she wishes to be a [33rd] again.
Following an affirmative vote by HQ the player could return as a Cpl.)
Members who have been away for so long that all rank would be lost, Will be able to return at the rank of Cpl.
following an affirmative vote by |HQ|.
Members who leave for another clan may be allowed to return to the [33rd] at the rank of LCpl. following an affirmative
vote by |HQ|.(Regardless of time away or rank at leaving)

When |Members| or |Ret.| request to return to the [33rd].
[33rd] |HQ| will have a vote to accept or deny the request.
The [33rd] recruitment Chief will notify said player of acceptance, denial, and rank on return.

14. YOU MUST EARN A HIGHER RANK!!!!
If you ask for a promotion, you DO NOT get one. In fact, it will be considered the same as spamming.  Promotions will be
announced in clan practice so everyone knows you got it and earned it.

15. NAME CHANGE CHALLENGES.
These can be fun for all. But the following guidelines need to be followed when participating in challenges.

1.) Name changes do not last more then 1 week.
2.) Name changes are for use on [33rd] servers only.
3.) When playing in a scrim against other clans. Members use their common (regularly used) [33rd] name.
4.) When playing on non-[33rd] servers please revert back to your common [33rd] name.
5.) Use the name change on [33rd] servers during [33rd] practices or inter [33rd] scrims is allowed.

*The reason for using your regular name durring the times listed above is for administrators of non-[33rd] servers, or
other clans’ leadership to be able to identify who you actually are. If other Clan leadership comes to us about
[33rd]Sgt.Banana Man|PD| it makes it that much more difficult to quickly identify and solve the issue.
